Employee Resource Groups
Community is Plural
Our commitment to serving all creates better individuals, a better community, and a better world.
We firmly believe the key to effectively nurturing the potential of children, improving the community's health and well-being, and supporting our neighbors is a passionate, experienced and diverse group of staff.
Our employees are our most valuable assets in our efforts to further our mission and advance our cause.
To emphasize our commitment, we encourage our employees to participate in our Employee Resource Groups (ERG). These employee-led groups provide a space for people to network, mentor one another, share their knowledge and experiences, participate in personal and professional development, enhance their leadership skills, inform strategic decisions and provide consultation when needed—all while building meaningful connections across our YMCA. To access our ERGs, please login to your LINK account.

Help Strengthen Our Cause
Join the Y's movement of strengthening our community and supporting our neighbors. When you give to the YMCA, you are helping young people achieve their potential, empowering people of all ages to lead healthier lives, and supporting those who need the Y most. The Y’s Annual Campaign raises funds to provide scholarships for those who need the Y most. These scholarships give kids, families and adults the opportunity to pay program and membership fees that align to their household income so that everyone has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive at the Y.
100% of every dollar donated to the Annual Campaign directly support adults, children and families in need of our programs and services.
How your gift makes a difference:
There are many ways to be involved in our Annual Campaign. Whether you donate, volunteer or share our cause with others, you are helping us build a stronger Y community! As someone who works for the Y, you make a huge impact on a number of kids, families and individuals, however, your participation in this campaign will allow us to continue serving even more families within our community.
If every employee donated just $10 we would raise enough to provide 30 kids a safe place to have fun with a week of summer camp.
Every gift makes a difference, no matter the amount. Choose your cause and give back what you can!
Payroll Deduction
Donating to the Y is now easier than ever with payroll deduction. Every gift, no matter how big or small provides a meaningful impact in strengthening our community.
