Keeping You Safe
We continue to consult with state and local officials to ensure that our members and staff have enjoyable, safe experiences in our YMCA facilities and programs. Please read the following information to learn more about what we're doing to maintain a healthy environment at your YMCA.
Please note: these protocols may change based on CDC guidelines and state and local directives.

Masks
- Our YMCAs no longer require masks to be worn within our facilities, however, if you are not vaccinated, it is recommended that you continue to wear a mask and maintain physical distance.
Claim Your Spot
- We've limited class sizes and occupancy throughout our facilities to follow guidelines recommended by the CDC and our state.
- Online reservations are required to participate in classes and swim in our pools.
Before You Arrive
-
Make an online reservation to participate in group exercise classes or swim in our pools.
-
Locker rooms are available for showers and changing.

Bring your own mat and workout towel each visit.
-
Bring a filled water bottle; drinking fountains will not be available.
Cleaning and Sanitizing
- We've created a touchless check-in system.
- We've installed MERV-11 air filters throughout our spaces to enhance air filtration. MERVE removes up to 85% of particles in the air that are the size of COVID-19.
- Each of our facilities will be cleaned and disinfected throughout daily operations and after closing each day.
- All equipment will be cleaned with disinfectant throughout the day and after closing each day.
- Members will be asked to use the provided cleaning supplies to clean equipment before and after each use.
- Public entry/exit doors and public counters will be cleaned each day with disinfectant.
- Frequently touched surfaces (examples: elevators, stair handrails and door handles) will be cleaned each day with disinfectant.
- Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the building.
