Director of the Wilmington International Airport

Jeff Bourk, Director of the Wilmington International Airport, has over 30 years of aviation experience, including 25 years focused on airport operations and management. He got his pilot’s license at age 17, over 30 years ago. Since Jeff has been at ILM the airport has seen record growth increasing non-stops from 9 to 31 and growing by 65% making ILM the fastest growing airport in the US.

About Our Annual Campaign

You can find a gym, swimming pool or treadmill in many different places. But it is our cause that makes the Y so special. The real measure of who we are is reflective in the lives we impact.

The YMCA's Annual Campaign raises funds to provide scholarships for those who need the Y most. These scholarships give kids, families and adults the opportunity to pay program and membership fees that align to their household income so that everyone has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive at the Y.

100% of every dollar donated to the Annual Campaign directly support adults, children and families in need of our programs and services.

Our Impact

Last year, our Y provided more than $1,547,747 in community benefits and financial assistance to support thousands of kids, families and individuals in our local community.

If you would like to mail in a donation to the YMCA, please make checks out to the "YMCA of Southeastern NC" and send to PO Box 3467 Wilmington, NC 28406 with a note in the memo line.

You are welcome to drop off a donation at one of our YMCA branches during regular operating hours. Just stop by the front desk and let our team know that you'd like to make a donation so we can assist you.
