Welcome to Y360, an online community of the best instructors, best classes and a connection to help you live a healthier, stronger life. Free to all members for a limited time, you can take group exercise classes right in your own home! You'll find a variety of group exercise classes ranging from eight to thirty minutes for every age and ability. There are also sports classes and more for our young people.

Members can now enjoy free access to 100+ Les Mills workouts during the COVID-19 disruptions. Les Mills offers something for everyone from high intensity interval training designed to improve strength and fitness fast, dance fitness workouts, the martial arts inspired BODYCOMBAT and more.
