8:30am Xtreme Hip Hop Step 
9:30am Total Body Fit

Reservations are required to participate in our group exercise classes and can be done so through our website or mobile app.

Class Descriptions

Strength Training Circuit
A strength training, muscle-building, whole-body workout that will make you stronger and leaner. Your coach will be your guide on this journey and offer modifications or challenges to ensure that this is the most effective workout of your day. All levels and abilities are welcome.

Xtreme Hip Hop Step
A revamp of traditional step aerobics and choreographed routines set to old and new school hip hop music that makes you want to get up and move while getting a great caloric burn! All ages and abilities are welcomed!

Total Body Fit
A strength training/cardio class that targets the major muscle groups using various equipment and body weight. Total Body Fit also incorporates bursts of cardio to keep your heart rate up. Use time-based intervals of work and rest to focus on improving cardio and strength simultaneously. All ages and abilities are welcomed!
