The YMCA EmergeOrtho 5K

This fun and festive atmosphere brings us together to celebrate friends, family and wellness!

This race celebrates the YMCA's Girls on the Run, Heart & Sole, and STRIDE participants year end accomplishments!

Public runners are welcome, and encouraged, as this race provides much needed scholarships for future Girls on the Run and STRIDE participants.

Join our boys and girls as they celebrate their accomplishments of the season!

Public Runners

Registration must be completed ONLINE.

• On-site registration is NOT available
• Registration is open until 30 minutes prior to the start of the race -OR- until we reach race capacity

PRE RACE | PACKET PICK UP

For general runners:

• Please note: for a quick and easy packet pick up experience, please know your bib number when you arrive
• Packet pick up location: EmergeOrtho, 3787 Shipyard Blvd
  • Thursday, May 14th: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
  • Friday, May 15th: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
• *You may have friends or family pick up for you
• If you have a group of 10 or more participants please email Renee@racefullsend before noon on Thursday
