Youth Recreational Soccer Leagues Sponsorship Opportunities
The YMCA of Southeastern NC and the Wilmington Hammerheads have partnered to serve even more kids and families through recreational soccer. This new partnership brings together two of the largest youth soccer providers in the region. Both organizations currently serve more than 2,000 youth athletes annually ranging from ages 2 to 18 years. Children learn basic skills such as kicking, passing, dribbling and shooting on goal. Through participation in practices and games, players learn sportsmanship, how to work as a team and to build quality relationships with fellow players and coaches.
When you sponsor YMCA youth sports, you help the Y keep fees affordable and ensure that families who need a little extra financial assistance to participate can play with the help of a YMCA scholarship.
