Congrats! You've signed up your membership and you're ready to get back in the gym...so the question is "Now What?"
Join us at our new monthly seminar series called "You're Here Now What". Lead by one of the YMCA's certified Personal Trainers, this hour-long seminar will cover topics that will help you get accustomed, or re-accustomed, to a gym setting and to a new workout routine. We hope to answer some of your "Why?" questions (Why Strength Training?) and "How Often?" questions (How often should I do cardio?) as well as help you make a plan to reaching your health and wellness goals.
