These employee-led groups provide a space for people to network, mentor one another, share their knowledge and experiences, participate in personal and professional development, enhance their leadership skills, inform strategic decisions and provide consultation when needed—all while building meaningful connections across our YMCA. As someone who works for the Y, you make a huge impact on a number of kids, families and individuals, however, your participation in this campaign will allow us to continue serving even more families within our community.

Power Hour Club

To become a member of the Power Hour Club, you must donate a minimum of $10.00/paycheck ($20.00/month) to the YMCA's Annual Campaign.
