YMCA Membership Cancellation Guide

We’re sorry to see you go! If you’re considering canceling your membership, please follow the steps below. Your feedback is important to us and helps improve the YMCA experience for all members.
How to Cancel Your Membership:
- Log In to your YMCA account
- Navigate to your Dashboard
- Select Manage Membership
- Click on Cancel Membership
- Choose the most accurate cancellation reason — help us shape a stronger, more welcoming Y for everyone.
Important Reminders:
- If you have current or upcoming program or camp enrollments, our staff will adjust your fees to the non-member rate accordingly.
- Want to pause instead of canceling? Holds can be process in the same account area.
- Interested in income-based membership/program rates? Visit ymcasenc.org/financial-assistance
- When reactivating your membership, standard join fees will apply.
