A Partnership Between City of Wilmington and the YMCA

This summer, the YMCA of Southeastern NC will be managing and operating the City of Wilmington's Legion Stadium and Robert Strange pools. Along with the traditional opportunity for public swim, the Y will be providing swim lessons, water aerobics, and a number of other aquatics programs to the community.

Opening for Weekends Only starting Saturday, May 23rd!

Weekend Hours ONLY (May 23, 24, 25, 30, 31, June 6, 7)

12pm-5pm

Open 7 Days a Week starting Monday, June 8th

12pm-5pm daily

Group Reservations

We will experience a high volume of groups that are interested in reserving space at our city pools, and we will work hard to make sure that we can accommodate as many groups as possible. It is important to all of us at the Y that we give as many children as possible the opportunity to have safe fun in the water.  

You will be given your camp time space on a first come, first serve basis once registration opens. Please note we will get back to you within 2 weeks of your request to confirm swim times and dates.
