Storm Utilities and Stormwater Drainage
We’re excited to share that the storm utilities are now complete! Work has also been underway on the additional stormwater drainage pond for the site.
Upcoming Milestone
One of the biggest milestones is coming up soon: work on our new pool will begin! It’s exciting to see the project move from site preparation into the spaces our members will eventually enjoy.
Additional Parking
Our additional parking area is expected to be completed near the end of September, which will be a welcome improvement for our members as construction continues.
Renderings of the Future
You may have also noticed the new construction fencing and screening featuring renderings of the future Midtown YMCA. It’s exciting to finally see a glimpse of what’s coming while watching the work happen right behind it!
