Outdoor Pool Water Fitness
Looking for a fun, low-impact way to stay active this summer? Our outdoor water fitness classes are a great way to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall wellness — all while being gentle on the joints.
Whether you’re looking for a high-energy workout or simply enjoy exercising in the water, our classes are designed for all fitness levels, including non-swimmers.
During the summer season, outdoor water fitness classes are included with a YMCA membership!
Please bring your YMCA Membership ID card for admittance.
Reservations Required
Space is limited to 15 participants per class, and many classes fill quickly with active waitlists.
YMCA members: may reserve their spot through the YMCA reservation system using the YMCA app or online.
Community participants: who are not YMCA members must call 910-899-7332 or visit the pool in person to reserve a space. Standard pool admission fees apply for non-members.
