This program is designed to introduce indoor rowing to those with physical and/or mental disabilities. One-on-one caregivers are encouraged to attend and assist as needed. Rowing coaches are YMCA group exercise instructors and personal trainers who are also certified in indoor rowing. Many of our rowing instructors also have experience in the competitive world of on-water rowing. Our staff have been working around the clock to prepare to launch this exciting new program!  YMCA membership is not required to participate.

Why

Rowing is a great way to increase fitness levels, participate in a fun, group activity and build confidence in their skills.
