Available at the Sampson County YMCA, Itty Bitty Basketball is an instructional basketball league for ages 2-4 years old.

Wilmington Excel Travel Team develops young people of excellence through advanced basketball competition. Players learn advanced skills and strategies, face tough competition and learn to play with a Christian perspective.
PALS Hoops
The Wilmington Police Department and the YMCA have joined forces to expand the Police Activities League (PAL) Teen Night Hoops Program to the Midtown YMCA once a month!
Open Gym & Pick-Up Basketball
The Midtown & Nir Family YMCA's open the gym for members and guests to hit the hardwood and shoot some hoops on selected days and times. Please check the schedule to reserve for either pick-up games or for shooting hoops.
