Each party includes two hours of celebration with a dedicated host:

  • Plus one hour in the party room for treats and presents

Our available party themes include Art, Dessert Decorating, eSports, Kid Zone, Splash, and Sports parties. For a truly unique experience, you can opt for a Deluxe Party and combine two of your favorite themes.

What Does the YMCA Provide for the Party?

The YMCA will provide the following for your party:

  • Party host to lead activities
  • Reserved use of a party room
  • Access to party room for preparation 30 minutes prior to guest arrival
  • Setup of tables and chairs for up to 25 children
  • Access to locker rooms (for Splash Parties)
  • Personalized shirt for the birthday child or adult
  • Electronic copy of a birthday party invitation you may use

What Should You Provide for the Party?

You will need to provide the following for your party:

  • Food
  • Beverages
  • Tableware
  • Decorations
  • Adult Supervision (See Rules & Regulations)

What are Rules and Regulations for Parties at the YMCA?

Please follow the rules and regulations below:

  • Party should be booked a minimum of two weeks in advance. Be sure to allow for enough time to send out invitations and receive RSVPs.  
  • Activity shall be restricted to that area for which permission is granted.
  • Activity shall not extend beyond hours approved.
  • Room shall be left as found, there will be an additional charge for additional cleaning or property damage.
  • YMCA requires you to provide adult supervision for children. For every 3 children, ages 5 and under, you must provide 1 adult. For every 5 children, ages 6 and older, you must provide 1 adult. For Splash parties adults are required to be in the pool with the children preceding the supervision guidelines.
  • The maximum number of children for a party is 25.  A total of 25 swimmers will be allowed in the pool at a time. 
  • Street shoes, food and drink are not allowed in the pool area.
  • Swimmers must shower before entering the pool.
  • All guests are required to bring proper swim attire.
  • We strongly suggest that all members and guests lock their belongings in a locker. The YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • No drugs or drinking of alcoholic beverages are permitted.
  • It's a party - have fun!
