Interested in running but don’t know where to start? The Y’s Couch to 5K program is the perfect solution for you! This 10-week introductory program eases you into running gradually. Throughout the training the run group will meet twice a week to build endurance and confidence for each participant to complete a 3.1 mile race! Our skilled and motivating coaches will give you the skills and self-assurance to introduce you to a lifetime of running!

Couch to 5K is held every fall and spring.

5K To 10K

Ready to kick it up a notch? challenge yourself to complete the Y's annual tri-span 10k race! coaches will lead the run group twice a week to help build endurance that will give you the skills to complete a 10k race.
