Interested in running but don’t know where to start? The Y’s Couch to 5K program is the perfect solution for you! This 10-week introductory program eases you into running gradually. Throughout the training the run group will meet twice a week to build endurance and confidence for each participant to complete a 3.1 mile race! Our skilled and motivating coaches will give you the skills and self-assurance to introduce you to a lifetime of running!
