Flag Football
2025 SPRING FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE
We play Family-Friendly Flag-football for ages 6 to 18. Our program includes an official NFL Flag reversible Jersey, NFL Flag belt and flags, 8 regular season games and a player’s award. This is a 100% volunteer coaching program and training is provided. YMCA staff guidance is provided throughout the season. This is a program to ensure players have fun in a non-contact football game. The YMCA Flag Football Program has partnered with USA Football and use the NFL Flag Rule Book, guidelines and coaching resources.

FLAG FOOTBALL DAY CAMP
Perfect your game, learn new skills and fun as the Y Coaching Staff focuses on developing skills while learning the importance of teamwork and good sportsmanship. Daily drills and weekly competitions to ensure skill development, team building exercises and games to promote the development of the whole athlete. Full day campers receive Lunch and 1 hour of swimming in our pools.

Full-Day Camps Include:
- Early Drop-Off: 7am to 9am (Early Drop-Off is Offered to Half-Day Campers)
- Late Pick-Up: 4pm to 6pm
- One Hour of Swimming (at least 2 days a week.)
Camp Meals
Full-day campers are provided with free breakfast and a free 5 component super snack in the afternoon. Campers need to pack their own lunch each day.

At the Y, we think summer fun, new friends and positive role models should be available to every child. That's why we provide scholarships to families who need help making camp a reality. If your family needs a little help, scholarships are available at our Membership Desk at the Express Y and are kept completely confidential. Funds are made possible because of the generous donations made through our Annual Giving Campaign. You can send a child to camp by making a tax-deductible gift online.
