Functional Training For Athletes

Functional Movement Evaluations will determine your weaknesses and give you the tools to turn them into your strengths.  Core strength and flexibility are the essentials for correct functional movement in all sports. You will meet twice weekly for 30 minute session to learn the tools to get and remain injury free. Pre-arrival warmup and foam rolling required. LIMITED TO 6 PER GROUP.
