With a variety of classes from beginner to more advanced, our Y makes it possible for everyone to enjoy the mental and physical benefits of this practice.
Zumba
Zumba fuses Latin, hip-hop and international music rhythms with easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.
