Women on Weights

Y-Zone Small Group Training
Workout in small groups of 6-12 people with a personal trainer. Integrating heart rate monitoring and the latest equipment our Y-Zone will help you meet your goals.

The Y and LIVESTRONG have joined together to create LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, a free health and wellness program designed to help adult cancer survivors reclaim their health.
