HIIT Queenax Training

Get the most out of your workout! Work with personal trainers in a small-group setting for a H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) workout on our Queenax Wall. This unique, 30-minute workout will improve strength and mobility for everyday living and is a great way to get the results you’ve been looking for.

Tuesdays, 5:00pm-5:30pm with Jen

Wednesdays, 8:00am-8:30am with Lori

Thursdays, 8:30am-9:00am with Jen

Thursdays, 12:30pm-1:00pm with Rob

Thursdays, 5:00pm-5:30pm with Jen

Saturdays, 9:00am-9:30am with Jen

Cost
30 Minute Class:
Monthly Sessions: $5 / Class PAID MONTHLY in advance
Drop-In Rate: $7 / Class if class is not full 
 
45 Minute Class:
Monthly Sessions: $7 / Class PAID  MONTHLY in advance
Drop-In Rate: $10 / Class if class is not full
 
*Depending on the month, members will pay $15, $20, or $25 for an entire month of training
