Join us for the next fitness craze! Rowing utilizes nearly 84% of your body's muscle. It's a high-intensity, low-impact workout that will push your entire body.
These organized rowing classes lead by certified rowing instructors take place on Concept2 rowers. The workouts are 30-45 minutes in length, but, participants will always have the rowers, the room, and the certified instructor for up to 60 minutes. With only 7 rowers in our fleet, participants get ample one-on-one coaching during the small group session. Each class time must have a minimum of 4 pre-registered participants each month.
Program Fees$10/class if you sign up for the month in advance. $30-$50/month depending on the number of classes in that particular month. $15 Drop In* YMCA Members$18 Drop In* Non Members

Learn proper rowing technique with the YMCA's certified rowing instructors! These free 30 minute learn-to-row sessions give participants a chance to be introduced in a safe, fun manner to indoor rowing. Space is limited, so sign up to reserve your space in these intro sessions. Sign up through the YMCA's Mobile App or through the YMCA's Group Ex Schedule page. We open sign ups for the 30 minute clinics 3 weeks prior to the class time and offer 3 spots on the waitlist. .
