Middle School Weight Training/Conditioning

This 8-week program puts adolescences on the right track to begin their lifelong fitness and strength journeys through weightlifting and exercise. Participants will use pre-selected workouts from a specialized curriculum overseen by our certified personal trainers and fitness specialists.

Through this program, participants will...
  • Learn how to use proper weightlifting techniques
  • Become knowledgeable on what exercises work different muscle group
  • Avoid fitness-related injuries
  • Understand the importance and usefulness of this information

Requirements

Participants should
  • Dress in proper attire (t-shirt, shorts, leggings, athletic shoes)
  • Bring water or a bottle to fill up
  • Not participate on an empty stomach (recommendation)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work

Advanced Middle School Weight Training

or students who have completed Intro to Middle School Weight Training or have prior weightlifting experience, this program focuses on building strength, improving technique, and enhancing overall fitness. Designed to challenge and empower young athletes, participants will engage in structured workouts that promote proper form, muscle development, and confidence in the gym.
