Middle School Wellness Training

This 8-week program puts adolescences on the right track to begin their lifelong fitness and strength journeys through weightlifting and exercise. Participants will use pre-selected workouts from a specialized curriculum overseen by our certified personal trainers and fitness specialists.

Through this program, participants will...
  • Learn how to use proper weightlifting techniques
  • Become knowledgeable on what exercises work different muscle group
  • Avoid fitness-related injuries
  • Understand the importance and usefulness of this information

Requirements

Participants should
  • Dress in proper attire (t-shirt, shorts, leggings, athletic shoes)
  • Bring water or a bottle to fill up
  • Not participate on an empty stomach (recommendation)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work
