Teen Sports Performance Training

Take your game to the next level this summer with the YMCA’s 8-Week Sports Performance Training Program for middle and high school athletes. Designed to improve neuromuscular strength, speed, power, agility, and overall athletic performance, this program helps athletes build a strong foundation for success in any sport. Through structured strength and conditioning workouts over the course of eight weeks, participants will work on becoming stronger, faster, more explosive, and more confident both on and off the field.

Requirements

Participants should
  • Dress in proper attire (t-shirt, shorts, leggings, athletic shoes)
  • Bring water or a bottle to fill up
  • Not participate on an empty stomach (recommendation)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work

Middle School Sports Performance

Girls only Monday / Wednesday

Tuesdays /Thursday

High School Sports Performance

Tuesdays and Thursdays
