Finisher Challenge

Available to New Members Only
Rise to the challenge and be a finisher! Workout at one of our branches for 25 days and win a FREE finisher t-shirt. This challenge is available to all Y members.
Pick up your Finisher Card at the Membership Desk to begin your challenge. Have a Y staff member initial and date your Finisher Card to receive credit for your workout.

SUMMER Triple threat challenge

June: Planks Challenge
  • Perform plank while you are at the Y each week between June 1-30

  • Record your time on your Plank Tracker Form (one per day / up to 5)

  • Each week record your highest time for the week and have a staff initial

  • At the end of June, add your 4 highest scores for each week for a total and drop your form in the Y Summer Triple Threat Box to win!

Prizes

Top three Plank Challengers will receive a $20 YMCA Gift Card. Remaining participants will be entered into drawing for YMCA water bottles, $10 Omega Gift Cards, and more!
 
July: 1,000 Rep Challenge 

The second challenge month is all about the reps. We are challenging members to complete 10 Reps x 10 Exercises x 10 Days = 1,000 Reps total! Choose one of the exercises below and complete between July 1-31 to win! Record your activity on tracker form and turn in when complete.

August: 21 Day Nutrition Challenge

Challenge yourself to eat 3 vegetables and 2 fruits every day through Aug 21.

Add in one type of physical activity each day for an extra healthy boost! You’ll earn points for every fruit, veggie and physical activity.

Earn 85 points or more and you’ll be entered to win a free nutrition consultation and other Y prizes!

What Constitutes a Serving?

  • 1 cup of berries
  • 1 medium pear or orange
  • 1 cup raw vegetables
  • 2 cups loosely packed leafy greens
  • 1 small apple
  • 1/2 cup cooked vegetables
