September 2018: Stronger is Healthier
Healthy habits are the key to a healthier you. Don’t miss this opportunity to create a new habit! Try some strength-building activities this month!
How to begin:
- Pick up your Stronger is Healthier tracker form from the Wellness Station OR sign up on the YMCA Mobile App.
- Place name and phone on other side of this tracker form. Only one tracker per person allowed.
- Do three strength workouts a week during the month of September. See the tracker for suggestions, the poster by Studio C at the Express Y, or do your own.
During the month of September, the first 75 members to complete and turn in their tracking form will receive a YMCA packable tote!
