September 2018: Stronger is Healthier

Healthy habits are the key to a healthier you.  Don’t miss this opportunity to create a new habit! Try some strength-building activities this month!

How to begin:
  • Pick up your Stronger is Healthier tracker form from the Wellness Station OR sign up on the YMCA Mobile App. 
  • Place name and phone on other side of this tracker form. Only one tracker per person allowed.
  • Do three strength workouts a week during the month of September. See the tracker for suggestions, the poster by Studio C at the Express Y, or do your own.

During the month of September, the first 75 members to complete and turn in their tracking form will receive a YMCA packable tote!

Finisher Challenge

Available to New Members Only
Rise to the challenge and be a finisher! Workout at one of our branches for 25 days and win a FREE finisher t-shirt. This challenge is available to all Y members.
Pick up your Finisher Card at the Membership Desk to begin your challenge. Have a Y staff member initial and date your Finisher Card to receive credit for your workout. 
Limited to one shirt per individual.
