APRIL 2018: Move a Mile-a-day challenge
Healthy habits are the key to a healthier you. Don’t miss this opportunity to create a new habit! Move a mile each day in any form you like. Mix it up and have fun MOVING! It’s FREE & FUN!
How to begin:
- Pick up your Move-A-Mile tracker form from the Wellness Station.
- Place name and phone on other side of this tracker form. Only one tracker per person allowed.
- Walk, run, elliptical, row, swim or any other way you want to complete your miles (OR MORE) for at least 25 days during the month of April.
- Record your miles daily on tracker trying to increase your mileage during the challenge.
During the month of April, the first 75 members to complete their miles 25 days out of the month will win a YMCA water bottle!
