Get Your Ducks In A Row

It's time to set your routine! Each day you scan in at the Y, you'll get 1 point in the app, and you can stop by the Welcome Desk and move your duck one spot. All those who make it to the finish line (16 visits) will be entered for the chance to win Y swag!

Join

Join the challenge in our YMCA of Southeastern NC App. Go to the Challenges section to find the Duck Challenge. Don't forget to stop by the Welcome desk to pick up your duck and place it in the pond!                   

 


Healthy Happens Here

Get a free t-shirt when you workout at any of our YMCA locations 30 times! Once you join the challenge your workouts will automatically appear in the challenge each time you work out if you have your smart watch linked to the Y App. If not, you can add your workouts on the Y App manually and they will be included in the challenge. Show your YMCA app to the Welcome Desk once complete and claim your shirt!

Grow Into Group Exercise

Take 20 group exercise classes between April 1 and May 15 to complete the challenge and become eligible for drawings for a FREE MyZone Heart Rate Monitor ($150 value) and Y swag.
