Xtreme Fit

Increase your strength, add muscle definition, and challenge your cardiovascular system with our new Xtreme Fit program! This strength and conditioning program is aimed to optimize your overall fitness by incorporating high-intensity interval training, weightlifting, plyometrics and calisthenics in a fun and competitive atmosphere! Take your fitness to the next level with Xtreme Fit! All classes meet with one of our certified personal trainers. Get a small-group personal training experience, at a fraction of the cost!
