At the Y, we provide fitness opportunities for everyone! Introduce youth to fitness through fun, high-energy group exercise classes they'll love. Classes are free for members and all fitness levels are welcome!

Group Exercise Age Policies

 
Ages 8-12: may participate in adult group exercise classes with a supervising guardian
 

Youth & Teen Certification

Youth ages 10-12 years who wish to use the cardio & selectorize equipment must become Youth Certified before doing so. Parents are required to be on premise and are encouraged to assist their kids when using equipment.
Teens ages 13-15 years may use the cardio, selectorize equipment and free weights after becoming teen certified.
