Family Fitness Classes

Looking for fun family fitness classes the whole family can enjoy together? Our family fitness programs introduce kids to the world of group exercise through high-energy, engaging classes designed to build confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love of movement. Whether your child is trying fitness for the first time or looking to stay active alongside mom, dad, or a guardian, our group exercise classes for kids make working out fun.

Age Policy

Kids ages 8 and up may participate in adult group exercise classes alongside a supervising guardian, giving families a unique opportunity to work out side by side. From cardio and dance-based classes to strength and conditioning formats, our family-friendly fitness classes offer something for every age and energy level.

Youth & Teen Certification

We're excited to help your kids build healthy habits early! To keep everyone safe while they learn their way around the equipment, we offer certification programs for our younger members. Here's what to know:

Ages 10–12 (Youth Certified): Kids in this age group are welcome to use our cardio and selectorized equipment once they've completed Youth Certification. A parent or guardian must be on-site during workouts, and we encourage you to join in and help guide your child as they learn the equipment.

Ages 13–15 (Teen Certified): Teens can access the cardio machines, selectorized equipment, and free weights after completing Teen Certification.
